SPORTS MEDICINE TREATMENTS
We provide sports medicine treatments designed to help athletes and active individuals move better with less pain. Led by a Doctor of Athletic Training, our facility specializes in injury prevention, performance enhancement, and movement quality improvement. Whether recovering from an injury or seeking to optimize mobility, patients receive evidence-based treatments and hands-on care to support long-term strength, resilience, and peak performance. We schedule based on our time together and not by manual therapy treatment types. This allows for us to apply numerous techniques in one session, adjust our approach based on your daily needs, and focus on your individualized goals when we see you. Everyone is different and may require treatments based on the situation.


PERSONAL TRAINING & COACHING SESSIONS
Our coaches have combined backgrounds in collegiate sport participation, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, traditional strength training, sports medicine, and psychology. Our goals with you will always be injury prevention, building whole body functional strength, and improving your specific movement and activity goals. We work with beginners and high level athletes and want to see you succeed.

WE ACCEPT HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA) & FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA) PAYMENTS
WE DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE.
Our goal is to make our services accessible to all. You do not need a referral to see us and we will treat the whole person within our scope of practice. We do not accept insurances but we do accept HSA and FSA billing and payment options. Our belief is that we can help you save your time and money by finding the root causes of injury or pain while achieving your movement goals.
